The outcomes of these cases, particularly regarding the SEC’s stance on altcoins as securities, could dramatically affect XRP’s trajectory. In a bullish turn of events, the focus would shift to the mid-channel zone at $0.74 and a resistance point at $0.94, with an aspirational peak at $1.36. Nevertheless, a surge to higher price points such as $2-3 appears unlikely without significant market catalysts, given the increasing supply of XRP.</p>
