STBL is a next-generation stablecoin infrastructure platform co-founded by Reeve Collins, founder of Tether, and Dr. Avtar Sehra, founder of Nivaura and Kaio. Designed to power Ecosystem-Specific Stablecoins (ESSs), STBL enables banks, institutions, corporations, networks, and governments to launch branded stable-assets backed by real-world assets (RWAs).
STBL’s dual-token architecture separates stable value from yield generation through two core primitives: USST and YLD. USST is a fully collateralized, dollar-pegged stablecoin designed for liquidity, payments, and settlement, while YLD represents the yield rights generated by the underlying reserve assets.
Unlike traditional stablecoin models where issuers retain reserve yield, STBL allows ecosystems to preserve and distribute yield back to their own communities. Users can deposit tokenized RWAs such as Treasury Bills and money market funds as collateral to mint USST while maintaining exposure to the generated yield through YLD.
Through its Money-as-a-Service infrastructure, STBL enables compliant issuance of ecosystem-specific stablecoins backed by customizable RWA collateral frameworks. The protocol is designed to support transparency, redeemability, and institutional-grade on-chain finance.
