Every USDN is backed 1:1 by USD-equivalent reserves (AED, pegged to the USD since 1997) held in segregated accounts at licensed banks and verified by monthly CPA attestations under ISAE 3000. Supply is purely demand-driven: USDN is minted only when a licensed, KYB-verified distributor deposits fiat, and burned on redemption.
