Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Ripple, David Schwartz says “blackholing” or transferring control are two available options for how the over 40.708 billion XRP currently held in escrow accounts can be managed.
The Ripple CTO gave this insight while responding to<a href="https://twitter.com/_CryptoArsenal/status/1759681234517594372" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow"> a member of the crypto community on X</a> to address the growing public concerns about the management of the cryptocurrency.
