This move follows a week of speculation and a prior commitment to stay, highlighting the volatility that regulatory changes can bring to the crypto space.Bybit&#39;s temporary suspension of operations is seen as a proactive effort to align with the new regulations and ensure compliance, despite the inconvenience it poses to its UK user base. Bybit&#39;s exit is not an isolated incident. Other crypto firms, including Luno, are also reconsidering their presence in the UK due to the anticipated marketing regulations.The FCA&#39;s new rules, intended to boost transparency in crypto advertising and safeguard consumers, are undoubtedly well-intentioned. For crypto enthusiasts who value both the potential of cryptocurrencies and the need for responsible oversight, it&#39;s concerning to witness the unintended consequences of overregulation.
