About RSVP Token

RSVP Token is a BEP-20 governance utility token deployed on the BNB Smart Chain and backed one-for-one (1:1) by US Dollars held in regulated custodial accounts. Developed by PT Mitra Utama Sedaya, it is designed to provide decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs) with a stable-value governance instrument, decoupling governance participation from price speculation.

New tokens are minted only when an equivalent amount of USD is deposited into reserve, and are burned upon redemption, keeping on-chain supply aligned with off-chain dollar reserves at all times. There is no pre-mine, no fixed cap, and no allocation schedule — supply expands and contracts with collateral. Reserves are held in cash and short-term US Treasury bills, legally segregated from company assets, with monthly third-party attestation and planned Chainlink Proof of Reserve integration.

The token's utility covers on-chain voting, governance staking, DAO treasury management, contributor payroll, a reserve-yield "RSVP Earn" program, and cross-DAO settlement.
