RSVP Token is a BEP-20 governance utility token on BNB Smart Chain, developed by Reserve Tech. It is used to govern the RSVP Financial DAO Framework, a set of smart contract modules for DAOs that manage pooled funds, including investment clubs, credit pools, mutual protection funds, savings cooperatives, grant programs and protocol treasuries. The framework provides written mandates with enforced limits, bonded delegates and committees, four decision tiers with quorum, approval and delay scaled to risk, and time-delayed, multi-signature execution of approved decisions.

RSVP holders vote on framework upgrades, approved modules, minimum governance thresholds, fee schedules and use of the ecosystem fund. Staked RSVP provides on-chain voting weight, recorded before each vote opens. Delegates, committee members and claims assessors lock RSVP as a bond while they hold their roles, proposers post an RSVP bond to file proposals, and framework services are priced in RSVP. The token does not represent equity, debt or any claim on fees, profits or revenue. It is not backed by fiat or other reserve assets, and its market price is not managed.
