Mandala is a technology stack for the full life cycle of onchain capital: how value is issued, traded, lent, secured and put to work.

It starts from a simple observation. The next wave of onchain activity will come from emerging markets, where businesses, savers and real assets are under-served by existing financial infrastructure, and where open, verifiable onchain tools can do more than the systems they replace. Mandala exists to bring those two worlds together: real-world assets and real economic activity on one side, onchain capital, security and compute on the other.

The stack has four layers.

Onchain markets. A routing and liquidity layer for exchanging assets across venues, showing the route and every cost before a transaction is signed.

Onchain issuance. Tools to structure, issue and list tokenised assets, so that real-world assets can reach open markets with the documentation and controls they need.

Onchain credit. Lending and borrowing against supported assets, with positions and risk visible in one place.

Onchain compute. A distributed network in which independent operators provide secured computation, including privacy-preserving AI inference, paid for in the ecosystem's token.

KPG is the token of the Mandala stack. It is used for settlement and fees within the ecosystem, for staking and governance, and for access to and payment for compute. As activity across the stack grows, KPG is the asset that connects its markets, its issuers and its operators.

Mandala is built to be verifiable by anyone. Contracts are open and verified onchain, users keep custody of their own assets, and every fee is shown before it is paid.
