Collection.xyz — or Collection for short — is an NFT liquidity incentive protocol that allows the permissionless creation of vaults to incentivize liquidity on NFT decentralized exchanges (DEXs), starting with Sudoswap.

Building on the Sudoswap AMM, Collection.xyz intends to make it extremely easy for incentive providers (e.g. NFT projects, NFT communities and more) to create liquidity incentives for their collections on the NFT AMM using ERC-20 tokens. And for liquidity providers (e.g. NFT holders) to participate by creating pools and staking LP tokens in the Collection.xyz vaults for rewards.

Collection.xyz offers a seamless process for you, the NFT holder, to create a liquidity pool on Sudoswap and receive a tokenized representation of your ownership via a LP token. Using this LP token, you can then join Collection.xyz incentive vaults to receive rewards. While NFT projects set the parameters that they are looking to incentivize as they create the vaults for their collections. This creates additional incentives for NFT holders to provide liquidity in the DEX.
