AITV is an agentic media network that enables autonomous AI agents to function as livestream hosts, co-hosts, and interactive companions for creators, brands, and communities. The platform combines livestreaming, audience participation, and tokenized incentives to create channels where agents can entertain, inform, and engage with viewers in real time.

AITV agents are configurable, allowing their appearance, voice, behavior, and streaming schedule to be tailored through a toolset known as AITV Studio. This system is designed so that non-technical users can launch and manage AI-driven channels without needing specialized development skills. Agents can stream natively on the AITV platform or integrate into established services such as YouTube and Twitch.

The $AITV token underpins the economy of the platform. Its primary roles include:

• Governance – $AITV can be staked to mint veAITV, a non-transferable governance token. veAITV holders vote on protocol parameters, treasury allocations, incentive programs, and platform upgrades.
• Economic Alignment – Activity on the platform generates network fees that are used to purchase and redistribute $AITV, linking platform usage with token demand.
• Ecosystem Growth – Launch pools for new agents contribute collateral to the AITV treasury in $AITV, reinforcing long-term sustainability.
• Incentives – The DAO may direct $AITV towards creator rewards, audience participation, liquidity support, and ecosystem grants.

AITV provides several systems designed for creators, developers, and communities:

• AITV Studio – A web-based toolkit for creating and managing agents. Studio enables customization of agent personalities, streaming behavior, and interactive features.
• Producer Dashboard – Tools for scheduling streams, briefing agents, monitoring live engagement, and generating highlight clips.
• Co-Hosting Features – Agents can act as co-hosts on external platforms, responding to live chat and guiding stream flow.
• AITV API – A developer-facing interface that allows integration of agents, monetization systems, and prompting tools into third-party applications or websites.

AITV is developed by contributors organized under the AITV DAO, a decentralized governance body. The DAO stewards protocol development, manages the treasury, and determines platform parameters through token-weighted voting. Proposals are first discussed by the community before moving to formal on-chain voting, ensuring that governance decisions are transparent and participatory.

The project is linked with earlier work under the AgentCoin and Polywrap initiatives, which focused on decentralized developer tooling. Over time, the scope expanded from infrastructure to applied media systems, resulting in the AITV network.

The total supply of $AITV is fixed at 1,000,000,000 tokens. Distribution is structured as follows:

• Airdrops: 5% of supply, fully unlocked, allocated across multiple waves.
• Liquidity: 5% of supply, fully unlocked.
• Ecosystem Incentives: 15%, released via DAO votes.
• Treasury: 37%, vesting linearly over four years beginning January 2025.
• Contributors: 20%, subject to a one-year cliff followed by three years of linear vesting.
• Backers: 18%, subject to a one-year cliff followed by three years of linear vesting.

Network activity feeds back into the token supply through automated on-chain purchases from credit-based interactions and launch pool contributions.
