This includes the earlier sale of a 9.2% stake in Bitkub Online Inc. to Asphere Innovations Pcl for approximately 600 million baht ($16.5 million). Previously, there was also an attempt by SCB X Pcl, a major Thai financial entity, to acquire a majority 51% stake in Bitkub Online Inc., although the deal fell through due to regulatory hurdles.
