Q is an EVM-compatible Layer 1 delegated proof-of-stake blockchain that provides an innovative decentralized governance system. Q delivers transparent and enforceable decentralized governance by integrating a set of smart contracts with a private-law-based legal framework. The Q constitution lays down the rules of the system, while the system’s architecture, comprising both on-chain and off-chain elements, ensures that these rules are effectively enforced. Additionally, a dispute resolution mechanism is in place to address conflicts that may arise.
