About Spark Equity

SPRK is a real-world asset (RWA) security token that represents fractional equity ownership in 40 Strand, London, a prime freehold office building in the Strand district, home to long-term tenants including Bain & Company's global headquarters, alongside NatWest, Lloyds Bank, McDonald's, Itsu, Superdrug, Go Falafel, and Sainsbury's. Each token corresponds to a defined fractional share of the property's equity (one-millionth of the asset per token), giving holders proportional economic rights to rental income and capital appreciation without the capital requirements, illiquidity, or operational burden of direct property ownership.

Built on a multi-chain architecture (BNB Smart Chain, Ethereum, and Base) using established security token standards (ERC-3643 and ERC-1400), SPRK combines blockchain-based transparency and tradability with the underlying stability of institutional-grade London commercial real estate. Token holders receive periodic income distributions via smart contracts, access to property performance reporting, and the ability to trade on compliant secondary markets, turning a traditionally illiquid, high-barrier asset class into an accessible, transferable digital security.
