NPRO is the native utility token for NEAR Mobile Wallet, a non-custodial wallet application built on the NEAR Protocol. Launching December 15, 2025, NPRO operates on a fair-launch distribution model where tokens are released daily to NEAR stakers who delegate to the NEAR Mobile Validator. The token has a total supply of 10 million NPRO distributed over a 5-year period through a bonding curve mechanism that progressively decreases allocation from 1,892 tokens per epoch initially to approximately 473 tokens per epoch by the end of the 5-year distribution period.

The token allocation structure includes 60% for staking rewards distributed to community participants, 15% to treasury for wallet development and operations, 10% for marketing and community growth initiatives, 5% for the founding team with 5-year vesting, and 10% for liquidity provision across Rhea Finance, NEAR Intents, and future exchange listings. During NEAR Mobile's pre-staking phase, approximately 525,000 NPRO tokens were allocated to early stakers and released at the Token Generation Event. Treasury and founding team allocations follow a structured schedule with 20% unlocked at TGE and the remaining 80% distributed equally over five years.

NPRO's liquidity mechanism is engineered to create consistent upward price pressure. Daily NEAR staking rewards are deployed strategically: the algorithm assesses liquidity levels relative to a 10% circulating supply target. When liquidity is near the target, 100% of daily staking rewards purchase NPRO directly from the liquidity pool, generating sustained buying pressure that drives price appreciation. When liquidity falls below the target, 50% of staking rewards purchase NPRO while the remaining 50% combines with purchased tokens to add liquidity to the pool. This dual mechanism ensures both price support and adequate market depth. LP tokens generated from liquidity additions are permanently burned to prevent liquidity removal and protect token holders from rug pull scenarios.

NPRO unlocks tiered membership levels within NEAR Mobile Wallet. The Basic tier, available without NPRO, provides essential wallet functions including address management, buy, send, receive, and staking capabilities, plus cross-chain swaps through NEAR Intents. The Ambassador tier enables management of up to two addresses, reduced transaction fees on swaps and staking, token investor information, price notifications, and basic app customization. The Premium tier offers unlimited address management, enhanced fee discounts on swaps and staking, portfolio analytics, portfolio notifications, downloadable transaction statements, priority support, and advanced customization options.

NEAR Mobile Wallet emphasizes cross-chain functionality and accessibility. The wallet's custom integration of NEAR Intents simplifies cross-chain token swaps by abstracting away bridging complexity, multi-wallet management, and native fee considerations. Features include built-in swap and onramp functionality to streamline user onboarding, wallet selector support enabling dApp integration, and intuitive design for users unfamiliar with blockchain interactions. During its pre-launch phase, NEAR Mobile achieved top-5 validator status by delegator count, with over 1.5 million users participating in initial campaigns.

NPRO trades on NEAR Intents from launch, enabling seamless token swaps with other assets across the NEAR ecosystem. The project is developed by Peersyst Technology, a blockchain software development company based in Spain with experience building wallet solutions across multiple blockchain networks and contributing infrastructure to the NEAR ecosystem.
