Georgia is globally acknowledged as the cradle of wine, having over 8 000 years of winemaking tradition. Like most of Georgians, Ushangi Matiashvili has been familiar with winemaking since his childhood. With his family he often made wine according to old Georgian traditional methods like Qvevri.

On the other hand, he has been involved in crypto space including investment and mining since 2017. Taking into account all the above-mentioned, he decided to increase the global awareness of Georgian wine with the help of blockchain, smart contract and Web 3 technologies by implementing the GCWine project.

Integrating crypto into real business is the essence of GCWine. Majority of crypto assets cannot be used in real life outside limited number of virtual networks. GCWine aims to solve this problem. In the near future Georgia Cradle of Wine LLC plans to export wine first to Germany and then to other countries while accepting its own GCWine (GCW) token, Bitcoin, BNB and Ethereum as payment methods. Georgia Cradle of Wine LLC also encourages its partners and other businesses in general to implement cryptocurrencies as alternative payment methods.

Furthermore, GCWine does not target big investors. The maximum purchase amount of GCWine (GCW) tokens is 10 BNBs’ worth in case of verified users and 1 BNB’s worth for non-verified ones. This limitation serves to the globalization of the project and prevention of price manipulations by large holders. In addition, due to this mechanism, GCWine (GCW) tokens are affordable to everyone, in turn facilitating the increase of the public awareness of crypto.

2. GCWine (GCW) Token distribution

2.1. 10% of the total number of Tokens will remain in the Firm’s ownership. These tokens will be locked for a period of 5 years. After the expiry of this time, 9% of these Tokens will be sold gradually in order not to cause fluctuations in the value of the GCW Token, and the proceeds (cryptocurrency BNB) will be used to fulfil the Firm's mission. Eventually the Firm will have 1% of the total number of the Tokens.

2.2. 10% of the total number of Tokens will be given as a gift to the employees and business partners of Georgia Cradle of Wine LLC. These Tokens will be frozen for a period of 3 (three) years. Also, active members of the GCWine Community and winners of games will be gifted GCW Tokens that will not be frozen.

2.2.1. Out of the mentioned 10%, 97% will be given as a gift to the Firm's employees and business partners, and 3% to active members of the GCWine Community and winners of games.

2.3. 80% of the total number of Tokens will be sold: 70% through the ICO, and 10% after the end of the ICO will be listed on decentralized and centralized exchange platforms. Those tokens that will remain after the end of the ICO (if the 70% of the total number of tokens are not sold out within the ICO) will also be listed on the mentioned exchange platforms.

2.4. BNB received from the sale of 80% of the total number of Tokens will be distributed as follows:

2.4.1. 10% of the BNB paid in return for the sold GCWine (GCW) Token is automatically transferred to the Firm's charity wallet.

2.4.1.1. The BNB accumulated in the charity wallet will be sold from time to time and will be used for various charity events and educational projects - on the one hand, we will use this amount to help people in need and, on the other hand - to finance courses that will enhance the knowledge of blockchain and winemaking in the community.

2.4.1.2. The best graduates of the courses sponsored by us will start cooperation with Georgia Cradle of Wine LLC to work on various crypto Projects. Graduates in winemaking will be employed by our partner wine companies in order to help them increase production and improve the quality of wine. Once the long-term goals are achieved and we complete the construction of our wine factory, the graduates in winemaking will also be employed by us.

2.4.2. 10% will be spent on marketing - promoting the Token is important so that as many people as possible learn about our Project and build an active community of supporters around it.

2.4.3. 10% will be used to pay the salaries of the staff employed by the Firm, until this is made possible by the profits from the Firm's business;

2.4.4. 70% will be used to fulfill the Firm’s mission. This includes various procedures such as obtaining licenses and permits, renting warehouses, importing and exporting wine and other procedures related to certain costs and the achievement of the Firm’s goals.
