It inversely tracks a basket of centralized exchange tokens through price feeds supplied by [Chainlink’s](https://chain.link) decentralized network of oracles. It can be traded without slippage for other assets native to the Synthetix protocol at [Kwenta](https://kwenta.io) or [Synthetix.Exchange](https://synthetix.exchange). Its weighting was determined by Synthetix community governance, and can be viewed in the [Synthetix Docs](https://docs.synthetix.io/tokens/list/#inverse-centralised-exchange-index-icex).
