Nikolia brings with him extensive experience across both traditional finance and blockchain investments, offering a unique viewpoint capturing both sides. Nikolai has been trading commodities, derivatives & crypto assets spanning 15 years, and is the founder of Synergia Capital (Market Neutral & Venture Capital)

Thomas Caddick — Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer Bringing an enormous 18 years of experience to the table from a number of standpoints in the financial sector, Thomas’ background from an investment perspective is invaluable. SkyLaunch are fortunate to have access to his vast knowledge spanning a number of key areas, including venture capital and private equity, investment & portfolio management, equity, sales and trading.

Chris is another team member bringing years of both traditional finance and blockchain experience to the table, this time from a tech standpoint. This vast knowledge comes from his roles as a cross-functional technical lead with over 15 years technology experience within Fortune 1000 companies. Seeing the changing financial world, Chris began specialising in blockchain in 2016 across multiple ecosystems for CeFi, DeFi & NFT projects.
