8.Finance is the brainchild of entrepreneurs, investors, and crypto enthusiasts Arnold Evdaev and Michael Antonov (Hypov).

Before beginning this project we managed together assets of HNWIs who wanted to invest in crypto. We were a team of 4 people (with Oleg and Alex who are also in the 8.Finance team) who invested funds in 3 directions: trading bots, intraday trading and early-stage crypto projects.

Our first idea was to create a project capable of decentralized aggregation of large investment funds and redistribution of investment profits among token holders. However, at the tokenomics modeling stage, we realized that in a bear market our users would face high risks of losing their assets if they do not know the basics of trading.

We decided to radically revise the concept of the project and focus on solving more global problems in Crypto World. We have studied thousands of cryptocurrency projects and identified 8 conceptual issues that hamper the development of the cryptocurrency market and mass adoption of the blockchain technology. One of them - a lot of people want to get into Crypto, but they are afraid of losing assets, taking any risks and do not want to spend time on boring learning.
