The MILC Project is under the development and supervision of Welt der Wunder TV an independent entertainment free-to-air TV-network in Germany and Switzerland, based in Munich and Zug. Welt der Wunder is a well known media brand in the DACH region and has been active in the market for more than 25 years. It has professional media networks all over the world, with self-produced programs being sold in over 100 countries. Welt der Wunder TV has its own program library, which was valued by EY (Ernst & Young) at around EUR 48 M in November 2020. The many years of experience as a producer, as a seller and buyer form the basis of the project called MILC (Media Industry Licensing Content).

Together with the Swiss television SRF and its technical division SwissTXT, the MILC Platform has been developed and maintained since 2017.

Two years ago, the first minimum viable product (MVP) was implemented into the structures of both networks and under real daily operating conditions, constantly tested and transformed into a fully operative Media Asset Management System, including a complex content sharing platform.

With MILC Media Professionals can access professional media content without further middlemen and obtain media licenses via Smart Contract. This way complicated legal and notary issues will be eliminated.

The MILC platform aims to become one of the leading business and entertainment Metaverses as a melting pot, directly connecting the professional media industry with its fans.

An own Open Web GL Metaverse based on Unreal Engine and an own Web3 social community platform offer the possibility for all users to socialize with each other. For the first time it is possible to interact directly with the media and entertainment industry.

Among others the MILC Platform offers a blockchain-based multimedia marketplace for professional content providers to trade licenses for movies, television, streaming, online publishing, music, gaming and art. For the first time, all areas of this massive market are fully digitally mapped. Therefore MILC Platform provides NFT-supported financing models for media projects as well as extensive small business opportunities for every market participant and user.

Movie premieres, virtual concerts and trade shows, gaming competitions and art exhibitions provide unprecedented experiences.

The MLT (Media Licensing Token) serves as a medium of exchange, contract signing vehicle and revenue sharing medium for passive income opportunities across all Platforms within the MILC Metaverse.
