What is Momento?

Momento is a DEFI + NFT project which aims to exhibit some of the most interesting and fascinating moments of the past decade, aiming to bring about a sense of nostalgia to people through art. Unlike most NFT projects, Momento does not create NFTs that are only meant for holding, but rather meant for earning.

Momento’s Intention: Momento has 2 categories of NFTs, one which portrays the most iconic moments of the last decade, the other refers exclusively to the most famous crypto projects, showcasing important moments of their crypto journey in a single piece of art. These NFTs are meant to give collectors a sense of nostalgia, creating something that will never fade away, that they can be a part of.

Momento’s Utility:

• Passive income from just holding through our redistribution mechanism • Staking (For tokens) • NFT Staking • Revenue redistribution from the NFT sales.

Momento’s Features:

• Deflationary - The token is deflationary with the total supply reduced over time - through token burns and a buy-back mechanism. • Anti-Bot measures - These measures have been taken to safeguard the community and give the fairest launch and trading experience. • Anti-dump measures - A buyback wallet gets fed a small amount at every transaction which will be used in the event of a whale dump to avoid the price from being negatively affected. • Price floor - A portion of the transaction fee goes towards the liquidity pool to build a price floor over time below which the price would not fall. • Staking - One of the most important aspects of Momento is the NFT staking portion. The goal is not just to create top-notch NFTs for collectors, but rather to provide collectors means to earn through tokens and perks.
