CZR Exchange

Launched on March 16, 2025, CZR Exchange is a centralized cryptocurrency exchange headquartered in the Cayman Islands. It was founded by Charlie Rothkopf and is designed to serve both retail and institutional users by offering spot and futures trading, fiat on/off ramps, and integrated liquidity solutions. The platform supports fiat deposits and withdrawals through select payment providers and offers trading in a range of major cryptocurrencies and stablecoins.

CZR Exchange provides users with access to aggregated liquidity through integration with third-party liquidity providers. This enables deeper order books and more efficient execution pricing by sourcing liquidity across multiple venues. The exchange is also developing shared order book infrastructure for select institutional partners as part of its roadmap to improve cross-platform liquidity.

Security is a core focus. CZR Exchange employs a layered security architecture that includes cold and hot wallet separation, multi-signature authorization, and round the-clock monitoring. User assets are stored with qualified custodians, and the platform undergoes regular audits to maintain infrastructure integrity. User authentication is enforced via 2FA, biometric options (where supported), and anti-phishing mechanisms.

The platform’s user interface is available in multiple languages and is designed for accessibility across web and mobile devices. CZR Exchange offers real-time market data, performance tracking, and customizable trading interfaces. For institutional users, API access is available for programmatic trading and order routing. In addition to spot markets, CZR Exchange supports futures trading with a selection of perpetual and dated contracts. Margin requirements, funding rates, and risk controls are clearly defined and maintained to support a secure and transparent derivatives trading environment.

Additional services under development include a launchpad for token sales, OTC desk support, and institutional custody solutions.

The exchange is in the process of pursuing licensing in key jurisdictions. Regulatory compliance is guided by the legal frameworks of the jurisdictions in which CZR Exchange operates. KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) procedures are in place for all account tiers to meet international compliance standards.
