By implementing protocol-managed liquidity, stabble reduces impermanent loss risks and maximizes APY for liquidity providers. This unique feature ensures that liquidity providers can enjoy higher returns compared to other protocols but also contributes to price stability by reducing price impacts.
3. External and internal arbitrage strategy: stabble has developed its own internal arbitrage strategy. By excluding external arbitrage traders, the protocol generates additional income, which is distributed to liquidity providers. Liquidity providers experience close to zero impermanent loss risks as well as an APY boost of up to 20% due to the internal arbitrage strategy.

• Margin liquidity: LPs or smart liquidity routing pools can utilize money markets in order to boost their capital efficiency by lending liquidity.
• Smart order execution: Orders with a price impact above 0.2% will be splitted into fractional orders.

$STB is stabble’s primary utility token. For locking $STB tokens or liquidity within their smart liquidity routing pools, users receive veSTB (ve = vested escrow), which enables APY multipliers, governance functions, and discounts. 14% of all fees will be distributed towards the $STB staking pool, veSTB holders receive an APY multiplier of up to 4.32x.
