Ape Crypto is a project which gives users freedom from institutional oppression, control of their own fate, anonymity, and access to the markets they love 24/7. An Exchange Traded Portfolio (ETP) made up of synthetic stocks and cryptocurrencies is at the center of Ape Crypto and fully governed by token holders. Holders decide the fate of the ETP(s), what the ETP(s) consist of, what to do with collected management fees, and virtually every aspect of the project. Token burns, staking, and more.

What role does the APE token play?

APE powers the decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) where holders propose and vote on all aspects of Ape Crypto. The main proposals are expected to be which assets and how much of each the ETPs hold, what to do with the 2.2% annually collected management fee, and which strategic partners to pursue. APE tokens will also be using in a unique high yield staking protocol which will be released May 2021.

No, Ape Crypto is inspired by the events and general position of the popular group but they are in no way officially related to one another. APE token holders use the name Wallstbet Apes to pay respect and continue to raise awareness of the pitfalls in the centralized financial system.
