USDFL

USDFL is Freeliquid’s native stablecoin, issued on the Ethereum blockchain. It is soft pegged to 1 US dollar. There are no algorithms that adjust supply of USDFL if the price deviates from $1. Instead, the soft-peg is ensured by the assertion that 1 USDFL is backed by a basket of other USD stablecoins in a 1-to-1 ratio.

The Freeliquid Protocol is a decentralized lending platform that offers loans to liquidity providers. The main advantage of Freeliquid is the support of liquidity stablecoin pools as collaterals for borrowing. Users can lock their liquidity provider tokens through the smart contract of the Freeliquid Protocol and borrow up to 90% of the initial pool value.
