BONK has grown into a set of working products on&nbsp;<a style="text-decoration:none" href="https://bsc.news/post/solana-blockchain-ecosystem-deep-dive" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Solana</a>. The main ones are BonkBot, a Telegram trading bot; BONK(.)fun, a&nbsp;<a style="text-decoration:none" href="https://bsc.news/post/what-are-memecoins-guide-how-they-work-2025" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">memecoin</a> launchpad also known as&nbsp;<a style="text-decoration:none" href="https://bsc.news/post/letsbonkfun-solana-memepad" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">LetsBonk(.)fun</a>; BonkSwap, a token exchange; and BONKRewards, a lock-and-earn program.&nbsp;
Several of these route part of their fees into buying BONK and burning it. A Nasdaq-listed company, Bonk, Inc., also holds BONK and earns a share of BONK.fun’s revenue. In 2026, that ecosystem was tested by a $20 million attack on the BonkDAO treasury.
<h2 id="span-span-what-is-bonk-span-span">What Is BONK?</h2>
BONK is a dog-themed memecoin on Solana that launched in December 2022 through a community airdrop, a free distribution of tokens to wallets.
<ul>
 <li>Supply: About 87.99 trillion BONK after burns, with no new emissions.</li>
 <li>Holders: About 1.02 million holder wallets in early October 2026, according to GeckoTerminal.</li>
 <li>Reach: More than 400 integrations across 13 chains.</li>
</ul>
A burn sends tokens to an address no one controls, removing them from supply for good. A buyback uses revenue to purchase tokens on the open market. BONK’s products often combine the two.

These are the best-known BONK products, plus the public company tied to them.
<h3 id="span-span-bonkbot-span-span">BonkBot</h3>
BonkBot is a Telegram trading bot for Solana tokens, launched in November 2023. Users send SOL to a non-custodial wallet inside Telegram, paste a token address, and the bot swaps through Jupiter, Solana’s main trade router. It charges 1% per swap.&nbsp;
Per reports, 10% of that fee buys and burns BONK and another 10% goes to the BonkDAO multisig. Other reports put the burn share at 20% of each fee.
<h3 id="span-span-bonk-fun-letsbonk-fun-span-span">BONK.fun (LetsBonk(.)fun)</h3>
BONK(.)fun launched in April 2025 with Raydium as a no-code memecoin launchpad and a direct rival to&nbsp;<a style="text-decoration:none" href="https://bsc.news/post/what-is-pump-fun" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">pump(.)fun</a>. About 50% of its fees go to BONK buybacks and burns. By September 2026, it held about 11.4% of the 30-day revenue it shares with pump(.)fun, according to DefiLlama data compiled by SQ Magazine.
<h3 id="span-span-other-bonk-tools-span-span">Other BONK Tools</h3>
<ul>
 <li>BonkSwap: A token exchange whose trading fees fund BONK buybacks and burns</li>
 <li>BONKRewards: A program where holders lock BONK to earn rewards</li>
 <li>Bonk Arena: A play-to-earn game using BONK</li>
</ul>
<h3 id="span-span-bonk-inc-nasdaq-bnkk-span-span">Bonk, Inc. (Nasdaq: BNKK)</h3>
Former drinks seller Safety Shot renamed itself Bonk, Inc. on October 10, 2025, and holds a 51% revenue interest in BONK.fun. In the first half of 2026, it reported revenue of $5,500,463, up 6,218% year over year. About 71% of that, $3.92 million, came from its BONK(.)fun revenue share. It also reported a net loss of $7.88 million, and its auditor raised substantial doubt about its ability to continue as a going concern.
<h2 id="span-span-how-do-these-products-support-the-bonk-token-span-span">How Do These Products Support The BONK Token?</h2>
The link between the products and the token is mostly through fees.
When traders use BonkBot or BONK.fun, part of the fees buys BONK on the open market and burns it. That creates steady buy pressure and shrinks supply over time. Community burn events add to this, such as the December 2024 “BURNmas” campaign that removed 1.69 trillion BONK.
These fee splits are business choices by each app, not rules written into the token. If app volume falls or a fee policy changes, the burns slow down.
<h3 id="span-span-the-2026-bonkdao-treasury-attack-span-span">The 2026 BonkDAO Treasury Attack</h3>
On July 6, 2026, BonkDAO lost about $20 million worth of BONK through a governance attack. An attacker spent about $4.4 million buying BONK to gain voting power, then passed Bonk Improvement Proposal #76, titled “Sowellian BonkDAO,” on the Realms governance platform. The proposal moved roughly 4.426 trillion BONK to a wallet the attacker controlled.
No code was broken. The proposal stayed open for six days, the quorum was just 1%, and the DAO had no timelock, a required delay between a vote passing and its execution. BonkDAO said it identified the exchange wallets used to buy BONK before the vote and reported the attack to law enforcement. As of the latest reports, no funds had been publicly confirmed as recovered. On September 7, South Korean exchange Upbit announced it would delist BONK, citing the attack.
<h2 id="span-span-conclusion-span-span">Conclusion</h2>
BONK’s products include BonkBot for trading, BONK.fun for launching tokens, BonkSwap for swaps and BONKRewards for locking, with fees from several of them used to buy and burn BONK. Bonk, Inc. turns BONK.fun revenue into public-company income, though most of that income depends on one related platform. The July 2026 BonkDAO attack showed the limits of token-weighted governance without a timelock. BONK traded at $0.00000288 on October 18.
