Chainlink's co-founder is heading back to a Federal Reserve stage. This Chainlink News update confirms Sergey Nazarov will join executives from BlackRock, Vanguard, and Sharplink at a event hosted by the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia on September 24.
LINK traded near $11.45 at last check, down 9.48% over the past week, according to CoinMarketCap data. This Chainlink News report covers what the panel will discuss, and what its lineup does and does not confirm.

The Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia's own event page confirms its 10th Annual Fintech Conference runs September 24 and 25, 2026, held in partnership with the Wharton School, Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs, the University of Cambridge, and the Brookings Institution.
Within that conference, a event titled "The Future of Blockchain in Traditional Finance" is scheduled with the following participants:

This is not Nazarov's first appearance at the event. He also spoke at last year's ninth edition, discussing cross-chain infrastructure for payments and DeFi alongside a JPMorgan executive.

What The Fed Panel Will Discuss

The conference agenda centers on how regulatory frameworks are reshaping digital asset strategies, including the GENIUS Act and the CLARITY Act. Broader session topics include early blockchain integrations in traditional finance and real-world asset tokenization.

Chainlink's own announcement frames the panel around how new regulatory frameworks are reshaping digital assets. Reporting on the session topic points to stablecoins and tokenized deposits as a specific focus area. This Chainlink News detail matters, since it places Nazarov's participation directly inside an active regulatory conversation, not a general technology talk.

Why BlackRock And Vanguard Matter

Sharing a panel does not confirm a business relationship. This Chainlink News update draws that line clearly: BlackRock and Vanguard executives appearing alongside Nazarov does not mean either firm has announced a new partnership with Chainlink.
The relevance instead comes from context. Having Chainlink's co-founder in the same regulatory discussion as major asset managers signals continued interest in blockchain infrastructure from traditional finance, without confirming any specific deal tied to this event.
A few Chainlink infrastructure updates add supporting context around the same period. Chainlink Data Feeds recently expanded to Arc Mainnet, and a Cross-Chain Token standard integration was recorded for TRUF. These sit alongside the Fed panel as separate, ongoing developments rather than announcements tied directly to September 24.

The Bottom Line

This Chainlink News update points to continued institutional visibility for Chainlink, not a confirmed new deal. The panel could raise Chainlink's profile in discussions around digital asset regulation, but it does not guarantee any effect on LINK's price. Traders should watch actual statements from the event itself, rather than assuming an outcome in advance.
