The leading cryptocurrency recorded a slight 0.1 percent increase in the past hour, with a 1.7 percent gain over the last seven days.Ethereum (ETH) followed with a stronger performance, climbing 6.3 percent in the last day to trade at $2,785.39. ETH has been one of the best weekly performers, recording a weekly gain of 7.6 percent. The trading volume of the ETH was $27.6 billion, denoting continued interest by investors.XRP also demonstrated significant growth, advancing by 3.7 percent in the last 24 hours and amounting to $2.42. It registered a weekly gain of 6.4 percent, which saw it claim a spot in the top five coins in terms of market capitalisation.BNB (BNB) gained slightly by 1.3 percent to $672.70, showing slower upward momentum with a weekly increase of only 1.8 percent.
