As City of Dream warship DAO concept, there is a detailed founder list released. All DAO members are anonymous. Before COD listing on April 7th, City of Dream has assembled 729 DAO member through IDO. Each DAO member will receive a Badge NFT as identity. They own the mintage of COD token, that is to say, they determine how many COD tokens are circulating in the market.

City of Dream aims to be Nasdaq in Metaverse, currently it builds a sharing human resource platform for both individuals and companies, through MarkBoss, individuals can show their value, showcase their skills and find an occupation; and companies can find professional staff through MarkBoss with a convenience and low-cost. Beside a SocialFi application, City of Dream also provide Global Lottery Pool(Lucky Pool) for users, the funds of Global Lottery Pool are made of transaction fees in the ecosystem, each transaction will be imposed with 10% as fees, 8% of which will be placed into lottery pool and 2% will be given to referrers. The total supply of COD tokens is 100 billion, 80% of which serve as giveaway for shareholders (those who have a badge, total amount of badges is 2620), 10% for ILO, 4.9% for liquidity, and 5.1% for DAO. Before COD token officially listing on April 7, 729 badges have been claimed through donation, as what we mentioned in Whitepaper, the rest badge will be directly burn, so do relevant COD tokens.
