Launched on january 3rd 2018, NBX is one of the most trusted centralized exchanges which adheres to strict regulations operating out of Norway. It aims not only to be a cryptocurrency exchange, but also a cryptocurrency bank. To achieve this, NBX is supervised by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway which also has granted the company a e-money license. The exchange is audited by Moore and offers its clients insurance through Ledger Vault`s Insurance Pool. Since 2021 NBX has been a public listed company on Euronext Growth Oslo. NBX offers fiat purchases and withdrawals in NOK, SEK, DKK and EUR. The company is founded by Bjørn Kjos which also founded Norwegian Air Shuttle and Bank Norwegian.
