TomoMasterDAO is primarily a grants DAO focusing on projects and initiatives on the TomoChain ecosystem. It offers a comprehensive grants program to fund an array of projects in the areas of DeFi, gaming, NFTs, infrastructure, education and marketing.

TomoMasterDAO uses a fork of the Snapshot voting platform deployed on the TomoChain network. The governance structure involves a TomoMasterDAO Board used to vet projects before a proposal goes live, manage funding for the DAO, and work with the community to form partnerships. Users holding the tDAO token will vote to approve or reject proposals, as well as electing the Board Members. Users holding tDAO will be the strongest force to influence the development of technology in the TomoChain ecosystem.

TomoMasterDAO takes a community driven approach to determine funding. Projects must interact with the community, answer questions, and take feedback from the community before heading to a vote. The governance structure pays out rewards to users for casting their vote on active proposals.
