It can be freely circulated across multiple chains in NULS multi-chain network. It will be the governance points certificate of the nftcircle.io platform. The 40% commission generated by the platform will be used to purchased back the NFTS. These purchased NFTS will be destroyed to increase the scarcity of the token.
