GAMIUM was founded in September 2021 by 11 entrepreneurs from Barcelona. The team is led by two twin brothers, Alberto Rosas & Alejandro Rosas, Co-CEOs of the company & blockchain developers.

Gamium is backed by some of the most important players in the industry. In 2022, we highlight the investment in the project by Telefónica through its innovation hub Wayra.

In addition to this, Gamium was incubated by Dao Maker and Vent finance, one of the best Incubators of the web3 space.

Another key aspect was the recent participation in Meta & Wayra's Metaverse Activation Programme, where Gamium collaborated with Meta's AI team.
