JitoSOL has become part of the reserve held by ORE, and ORE has found a place in the treasury of the Jito Foundation. This <a href="https://www.coingabbar.com/en/crypto-news-english" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">crypto news</a> report covers what both teams shared on X and what readers can watch for next.

According to the<a href="https://x.com/jito/status/2117646531176366250" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">official Jito post on X</a>, JitoSOL now backs part of the ORE Reserve, and the SOL held there now earns yield as JitoSOL while it keeps supporting buy-side liquidity for ORE.&nbsp;

The same update adds that the&nbsp;Foundation has also added ORE to its treasury.
The<a href="https://x.com/ORE" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">ORE account</a> shared a matching message built around two short ideas, JitoSOL in the ORE Reserve and ORE in the Jito Treasury. The ORE team described JitoSOL as another productive asset that earns yield while it provides buy-side liquidity for ORE.
<h2 id="span-span-style-font-size-16px-how-jitosol-staking-yield-fits-inside-a-crypto-reserve-span-span">How JitoSOL Staking Yield Fits Inside a Crypto Reserve</h2>
JitoSOL is a <a href="https://www.coingabbar.com/en/solana-liquid-staking-sol-staking-alternatives" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">liquid staking token on Solana</a>, which means a holder can stake SOL and still keep a token that can move around the network. In simple terms, a reserve that only holds SOL leaves those funds sitting still, while a reserve that holds a staking token lets part of the same funds earn staking yield in the background.
<img alt="JitoSOL ORE Reserve update shared on the official Jito X account by the team" src="https://d3iuzwoiyg9qa8.cloudfront.net/webadmin/storage/public/commonEditerImage/KFSD0DP0GUWDzi6ISNssomZBdbqXI91cuEZi2fE0.png" width="300" style="margin-bottom: 10px; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; margin-top: 10px" height="529">
That is the basic idea behind the new <a href="https://www.jito.network/staking/" style="font-size: 16px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">JitoSOL ORE Reserve setup</a>, where one part of the reserve keeps working while the rest of the plan stays in place.&nbsp;
The updates do not say how the reserve picks the share it holds as JitoSOL, so readers should treat any detail beyond the updates as unconfirmed.
<h2 id="span-span-style-font-size-16px-why-buy-side-liquidity-matters-for-ore-holders-span-span">Why Buy-Side Liquidity Matters for ORE Holders</h2>
Buy-side liquidity means there are funds ready <a href="https://www.coingabbar.com/en/crypto-presale" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">to buy a token</a> when other holders decide to sell, and many crypto traders watch this closely because it can help a market feel steadier during busy days.&nbsp;
The ORE team says the reserve is meant to keep providing this kind of support, and the JitoSOL change adds a yield source to the same plan.
This does not guarantee any price move, and no post makes that claim. It only describes how part of the reserve is held and what it is meant to do.
<h2 id="span-span-style-font-size-16px-jito-foundation-treasury-adds-ore-what-we-know-so-far-span-span">Jito Foundation Treasury Adds ORE: What We Know So Far</h2>
The Jito Foundation treasury now holds ORE, which makes the link between the two projects run in both directions. Neither post shares the size of the ORE position, the size of the JitoSOL allocation, or the date when each step took place.
Until the teams share more, readers can follow the official accounts for any written update, since a treasury move is often explained in more detail through a blog post or a governance note.
<h2 id="span-span-style-font-size-16px-expert-opinion-on-the-jitosol-ore-reserve-move-span-span">Expert Opinion on the JitoSOL ORE Reserve Move</h2>
The move gives both projects a visible tie inside the <a href="https://www.coingabbar.com/en/solana-ecosystem-map-defi-nfts-gaming-infrastructure" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Solana ecosystem</a>, and it shows how a reserve can mix idle funds with staking yield in a simple way. Supporters will likely point to the extra yield and the closer link between two Solana teams as the main upside.
Others may point out that any step involving staking tokens carries risk, such as <a href="https://www.coingabbar.com/en/solana-program-model-explained-how-smart-contracts-work" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">smart contract</a> issues, changes in staking rewards, or a drop in the value of SOL. The size of the allocation will matter a great deal, and so far that number has not been shared.
<h2 id="span-span-style-font-size-16px-what-to-watch-next-in-solana-crypto-news-span-span">What to Watch Next in Solana Crypto News</h2>
A few items will help readers judge how far this step goes in the coming weeks:
<ul>
 <li>A post from either team that states how much of the reserve is held as JitoSOL</li>
 <li>Any note on the size of the ORE position in the Jito treasury</li>
 <li>Changes to how the ORE Reserve is managed or reported over time</li>
</ul>
<h2 id="span-span-style-font-size-16px-conclusion-span-span">Conclusion</h2>
The JitoSOL ORE Reserve update marks a new link between two Solana projects, with JitoSOL now backing part of the reserve and ORE now sitting in the Jito treasury.
In crypto news today, the main open points are the size of each position and the timing, and both are expected to come from the <a href="https://www.jito.network/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">official channels of Jito</a> and ORE.
