Adding fuel to the comeback, SEC filings show that Strive bought 6,182 BTC between October 17 and 23 at an average price near $82,732, pushing its total holdings to 43,000 BTC. The company also opened an at-the-market program to sell up to $1 billion of its SATS perpetual preferred stock, with proceeds possibly going toward more Bitcoin buys, working capital, and share repurchases.
Moves like this tend to lift confidence in both Bitcoin and the ETFs built around it.

Ethereum ETF Outflows: Back to the Red

Ethereum ETFs slipped back into outflow mode after just one day of inflows, losing $88.58M today. This kind of selling from long-term holders tends to shake confidence in Ethereum and the products tied to it.

XRP ETF Outflows Mark Fourth Dip This Month

Arkham data adds context: three wallets, possibly from the same whale, moved 482,228 SOL (worth $49.17M) over the last three days, with 171,430 SOL ($17.3M) already deposited into exchanges for sale. Selling pressure like this tends to weigh on sentiment around the asset.

What Next? Fed Meeting Looms Over Crypto ETFs

The next big trigger for this run of crypto ETF news today is the Fed meeting on October 28, just a day away. Odds currently favor no rate cut this month, but the Fed has surprised markets before. Traders should brace for volatility across Bitcoin, Ethereum, XRP, and Solana ETFs once the decision lands, since rate moves directly shape risk appetite for crypto assets.
Expert Opinion: The split between Bitcoin’s inflow and the outflows across Ethereum, XRP, and Solana points to a market that’s rotating caution, not exiting crypto altogether. Institutional buyers appear to be using Bitcoin ETFs as the safer entry point while trimming exposure to smaller-cap ETFs ahead of the Fed decision.
This pattern is common before major macro events, where capital tends to consolidate into the most liquid and established asset before any broader rotation resumes. Tomorrow’s Fed outcome will likely decide the next chapter of crypto ETF news today and in the days that follow.
