If you own ETH, every ethereum price prediction this month has asked you for patience. The coin fell 10.2% in October, from $2,705 to about $2,428, 24/7 Wall St reported on October 17. Yet the biggest December option bet on Deribit is a $3,200 call, per CryptoTicker.

That gap between a falling price and a bold bet is how ETH has always worked. It sold for about $0.31 in its 2014 crowdsale, per CryptoClassic, and later passed $4,900, paying the buyers who got in before the crowd believed.

Pepeto is at that same early stage today. It is an Ethereum token built for ETH users who move money between chains, and it has drawn over $11.1 million before its first listing.

Ethereum Price Prediction News: ETH Fell 10.2% in October, but December Bets Sit at $3,200

October looked rough on paper. ETH dropped 10.2% between October 1 and October 17, from $2,705 to about $2,428, per 24/7 Wall St.

Options traders are betting the other way. On Deribit, the largest December 25 bet is a $3,200 call, with 69,667 contracts open, CryptoTicker reported on October 16.

Those traders are betting ETH climbs about 32% by Christmas. It is a fair hope for a giant coin, but a slow road to a 2x, so sharp money keeps looking one step earlier.

ETH Waits on $3,200, While a Presale Moves Coins Between Chains for $0

Pepeto: Move Coins Across Five Chains for $0, in Under a Minute

Waiting months for a 2x is the slow road, and ETH's own history shows where the fast one starts: before a coin lists. That is where Pepeto sits today. The cofounder who launched the first Pepe created it, and its dev team includes a former Binance expert. Over $11.1 million has come in, and the current stage price is $0.00000019.

The platform keeps things simple. You link a wallet like MetaMask to PepetoSwap, then pick a free swap, a token safety check, or a move to another chain.

That last tool matters most to ETH users. Ethereum's money now sits on many chains, such as Base and Arbitrum, and moving it costs real money. Other bridges charge $15 to $50 per transfer and can take minutes or hours. Send $300 through a $45 bridge, and 15% is gone before you even trade.

Pepeto's cross chain bridge charges $0, plus gas, across Ethereum, BNB Chain, Solana, Base and Arbitrum. One sample move took 41 seconds. Your tokens lock in an audited contract on one chain, and once the lock is proven, the same amount is minted on the other. Nobody holds your coins in between, and a failed move undoes itself.

When even bold option bets mean a slow climb, a token with live tools and no listing yet is a rare find. With a Binance listing approaching, analysts project 600x for Pepeto. The price steps up with every stage, so no later buyer will ever pay what today's buyers pay.

Can ETH Reach $2,800 This Week and $3,400 Later?

ETH trades at $2,430.66, per CoinMarketCap, with a market value near $296.9 billion. Its record is $4,953.73, set on August 24, 2025.

For today, ETH sits in a range from $2,360 to $2,540, analyst Temitope Olatunji wrote on October 16. His RSI reading of 45.58 is neutral, and a break above $2,540 targets $2,650.

This week, the key floor is $2,400, where ETH bounced off its 200 day average, says Alejandro Arrieche at FXEmpire. He sees resistance at $2,600, then a retest of $2,800 within days.

For the month and beyond, his next target is $3,400, a 40% climb from here. Even the old record is only about 2x away. That is strong for a $300 billion coin, but small next to what an unlisted token can do.

Verdict: Options Bet on 32% for ETH, While Analysts See 600x for Pepeto

Even if ETH reaches $3,200 by December, this ethereum price prediction still describes a slow climb for a coin this large. Pepeto sits at the other end of that story, because its tools already work and its token has not listed yet.

The presale has passed $11.1 million, and each stage has asked a higher price than the last. At today's stage price, $500 buys about 2.63 billion tokens. At the 600x analysts project, that $500 would grow to $300,000.

ETH holders are waiting months for a 2x, while Pepeto buyers are waiting on one listing. Buyers who take today's stage on the Pepeto official website lock in the price that 600x starts from, before the next stage raises it.

What is the ethereum price prediction for December 2026?

The ethereum price prediction from options traders points to $3,200 by December 25, about 32% above today. Analyst Alejandro Arrieche sees $2,800 first, then $3,400.

How high can Pepeto go after its presale?

Analysts project 600x for Pepeto at listing, where $500 would become $300,000 while ETH hopes for 32%. That stage price on the Pepeto official website lasts only until this round closes.
