<h2 id="span-span-style-font-size-16px-rsi-reading-span-span">RSI Reading</h2>
The relative strength index (RSI), a 0 to 100 momentum gauge, reads 67.35 on the daily chart. Just under 70, where overbought readings begin.
But the gap leaves room for extension. A reset is covered in this<a href="https://www.coingabbar.com/en/price-prediction/aave-price-prediction-liquidity-grab-recovery" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">liquidity grab recovery analysis</a>.
<h2 id="span-span-style-font-size-16px-macd-reading-span-span">MACD Reading</h2>

<h2 id="span-span-style-font-size-16px-100-day-ema-and-support-span-span">100-Day EMA and Support</h2>
The 100-day EMA sits at $117.71. Price trades 42.2% above it.
Momentum looked stretched at first, but that gap fits trend extension. $AAVE support and resistance zones: $144.01, $113.20, $83.99, and $58.62 below, and $176.28 above.
Can $144.01 survive a pullback?
<h2 id="span-span-style-font-size-16px-fibonacci-extension-targets-span-span">Fibonacci Extension Targets</h2>
A Fibonacci extension projects targets from a prior swing. The chart marks $178.60, $217.97, $281.68, $345.40, and $409.11.
Targets beyond $178.60 need rising volume. Noted.

<h2 id="span-span-style-font-size-16px-monad-proposal-and-ccip-2-0-span-span">Monad Proposal and CCIP 2.0</h2>
Breaking: <a href="https://x.com/aave/status/2104973840552219046?s=20" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">as per the X post</a>,&nbsp;a proposal seeks to deploy V4 on Monad. Three risk-tiered markets. USDC and USDT0 as borrowable assets.

<h2 id="span-span-style-font-size-16px-aave-october-2026-scenarios-span-span">$AAVE October 2026 Scenarios</h2>
For October, bullish bias stays intact above $144.01, though RSI near 70 argues for a pause before $178.60.
Bull: sustained daily trading above $178.60 exposes $217.97, provided volume rises. Base: a range between $144.01 and $178.60.
Bear: a break below $144.01 exposes $113.20. A move under $113.20 invalidates the structure. Methodology: Fibonacci, RSI, MACD, EMA, and derivatives data.
<h2 id="span-span-style-font-size-16px-risks-to-the-outlook-span-span">Risks to the Outlook</h2>
Volume fell 47.28%, RSI nears 70, and whale wallets dominate supply. But speculative flows tied to<a href="https://www.coingabbar.com/en/memecoin/crypto-news" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">memecoin crypto news</a> can pull liquidity away.
<h2 id="span-span-style-font-size-16px-what-to-watch-next-span-span">What to Watch Next</h2>
Voting outcomes, V4 loans, and RSI against 70 set the next phase. Incentive events, including<a href="https://www.coingabbar.com/en/crypto-airdrops" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">crypto airdrops</a>, can also redirect attention.
