A recent claim from a crypto commentator, Ripple Bull Winkle, has drawn widespread attention after he alleged that the United States’ crypto reserve system has already been leaked and that all evidence points directly to XRP. The statement, shared in a video on X, suggested that XRP could serve as the backbone of this evolving financial framework.
According to the pundit, Ripple has been quietly partnering with banks and central financial institutions through its liquidity hub and settlement technologies.
He claimed that XRP settlement modules are already running alongside Swift operations, which signals a deeper level of integration between blockchain systems and the traditional financial network. The pundit described this development as a move beyond simple adoption, claiming it represents active deployment within the existing financial grid.

He further alleged that recent government initiatives, including policies from the White House, are encouraging banks to work with crypto-based systems. However, he stated that Bitcoin is unlikely to be chosen due to its slow transaction speed, volatility, and energy-intensive mining process.
In contrast, he claimed XRP’s scalability, speed, and eco-friendly design make it a stronger candidate for integration into financial infrastructure and reserve systems.

XRP’s Alleged Role in America’s Financial Network

The pundit asserted that Ripple’s compliance with ISO 20022 standards and its operational connection with SWIFT enhance XRP’s role as a bridge asset between digital currencies and traditional banking. He claimed that these links are evidence that XRP could form part of a new U.S crypto-backed reserve structure currently being developed.
He maintained that while the public sees limited updates, significant progress is being made behind the scenes. In his view, XRP’s integration into liquidity systems and settlement channels shows that it could soon become a key component in national and international financial operations.

The claims made by the pundit have fueled discussions across the crypto community. No official confirmation has been issued regarding the alleged leak or XRP’s supposed role.
Nonetheless, the assertions have reignited speculation about Ripple’s potential influence on the future structure of the U.S financial system and the evolving link between digital assets and traditional finance.
