<h3 id="1-what-is-an-etf-bitcoin">1️⃣ What is an ETF Bitcoin?</h3><p>An ETF Bitcoin is an investment fund listed on stock exchanges that allows investment in Bitcoin through the fund instead of directly buying and holding Bitcoin.</p><p>The issuing company will hold Bitcoin on behalf of investors and issue a certain number of ETF fund shares, so the price of the ETF fund shares will closely track the changes in the price of Bitcoin.</p><h3 id="2-the-importance-of-etf-bitcoin">2️⃣ The importance of ETF Bitcoin:</h3><ul><li>Convenience: It doesn&#39;t require investors to have knowledge of blockchain and crypto wallets, avoiding the risks of storage.</li><li>Security and safety: If approved, the ETF will operate under SEC regulations and be managed by professional investment funds (such as BlackRock, Fidelity, etc.).</li><li>Attracting large funds: Retirement funds are not allowed to trade commodities, and Bitcoin is classified as a commodity. However, with ETFs, these funds can allocate investments to Bitcoin in the form of securities.</li><li>Portfolio diversification: Having ETFs provides traditional investors with additional asset options such as stocks, cryptocurrencies, gold, etc.</li><li>Market recognition: Cryptocurrencies have long been associated with risks, and ETFs mark a mature step in the field of cryptocurrencies. ETF Bitcoin will pave the way for Altcoin ETFs such as ETH, SOL, XRP, ADA, etc.</li></ul><h3 id="3-decisions-on-the-etf">3️⃣ Decisions on the ETF:</h3><ul><li>Decision date: Tomorrow or the day after tomorrow (09-10/01) - Today, issuers still need to submit proposed amendments.</li><li>The decision will be announced on the SEC&#39;s website</li><li>The SEC may make decisions simultaneously for all filings or ACCEPT some and REJECT or DELAY others. It is likely that they will be synchronized once.</li><li>The SEC must go through two steps sequentially or simultaneously:B1: Approve the listing and trading rules for the ETF through the 19b-4 application submitted by the exchanges (Nasdaq, CBOE). This application lists information about how the ETF operates and the financial status of the issuing company.&#61;&gt; Both steps must be approved for the ETF shares to be listed and traded on stock exchanges.</li></ul><h3 id="4-what-if-the-sec-approves-the-etf">4️⃣ What if the SEC approves the ETF?</h3><p>Galaxy estimates that in the first year, $14 billion will flow into the Bitcoin ETF fund, in the second year, $27 billion, and in the third year, $39 billion. Within one year, the price of Bitcoin is expected to increase by 74%, reaching around $60,000.</p><p>Some estimates of the funds flowing into the ETF in the first five years: CryptoQuant &#43; $155 billion, Bloomberg &#43; $100 billion, Apollo &#43; $65 billion, NYDIG &#43; $30 billion, Matrixport &#43; $24 billion.</p><p>These are long-term predictions.
