When different service platforms can exchange cashback points, they can attract new users and increase brand loyalty. In addition, existing platforms have limitations in that users cannot trade ownership of their own content, reviews, etc. However, MILO provides an innovative platform concept that allows consumers to transfer and sell the rights and values of content and reviews created by consumers to companies.
