LiveTrade LTD was established in 2019. The team of LiveTrade consists of members from varying backgrounds and experiences, with competency in trading, banking, education, customer service and blockchain technology.

The CEO of the company, Le Pham, is an entrepreneur who graduated from business management and has years of diving in the traditional and digital financial markets despite his young age. Seeing a lot of businesses lacking capital while many individual investors were finding ways to enter the highly yielding financial market, he set out to build a company with a wide range of services that connect all classes of market participants.

Le once said that he wanted to make the power of the crypto market a driver for traditional business and at the same time, offer the exceptional profits of the crypto world to classic investors.

LiveTrade ecosystem allows continuous trading between both stocks and cryptocurrencies.

• Digital Initial Private Offering (DIPO) model: a trademarked fundraising model for enterprises and projects by tokenized shares, bonds or issuing utility tokens, supporting the growth of potential ideas and businesses;

• Tokenized stock trading: the LiveTrade App and DApp employ blockchain technology to tokenize stocks and enables users of all ranges of capital to purchase stocks from outstanding corporations in Vietnam, and foreign companies, in the future, with a capital of as low as $1. Transactions can be performed 24/7 and tokenized stocks owned by users on the platform can be transferred to actual company shares for dividends;

• A DeFi platform: LiveTrade DApp is a multichain based platform for staking, yield farming, P2P lending and borrowing, stock repo, as well as fundraising for DIPO projects;

• Digital Asset Banking: An income resource of the project, in partnership with centralized and decentralized lending platforms.

The initial max supply of LTD is 500 million for a period of 4 years, but at the time of writing, the circulating supply is approximately 55 million.

According to the tokenomics of the project, 25% is allocated to investors, of which only 10% has been actually sold to the public and none of the strategic and private rounds has been conducted. 20% goes to the team with a vesting period of 4 years. The remaining 55% are for operations, marketing as well as community and ecosystem growth.
