What Is Virtua (TVK)?

Virtua is a gamified metaverse which provides immersive social, Web3 gaming, digital collectible and interactive experiences, through its curated marketplace, interactive virtual environments and exclusive brand partnerships including Legendary Entertainment, Paramount Pictures, Dynamite Comics, and Williams Racing.

Virtua was formed as a project in 2017, but its utility token TVK only launched on Dec. 16, 2021.

Who Are the Founders of Virtua (TVK) ?

Gary Bracey is the Chairman of Virtua. Before founding the NFT platform, he worked in the games industry for over 35 years, from companies ranging from Ocean Software to Digimask (which he founded). Bracey has experience in all aspects of video games creation, having worked in video games for Western as well as Asian audiences.

Jawad Ashra is a co-founder and the CEO of Virtua. Before joining the platform, he worked in the insurance, energy trading, risk management and mobile applications industries.

What is the Virtua metaverse?

The Virtua metaverse is soon to launch and within months, the doors will open to welcome users into a brand-new dimension, a high-fidelity gamified environment which feels real and enables entirely new experiences. The Virtua metaverse will be completely gamified and plots of land will have varying values and resources available.

The Virtua metaverse will begin with the launch of Cardano Island, where community members will be able to interact with one another, store their digital collectibles and personalise their own virtual environments.

Virtua has many ambitions for its metaverse, and once Cardano Island is established, Virtua will launch other islands and even planets dedicated to areas such as sports, entertainment and gaming.

The Virtua metaverse will be a safe, functional, and fully operational environment, open to everyone and offering a wealth of opportunities to developers, publishers, and third parties.
