Inclusion aims to innovate a comprehensive solution to bridge the technological and cultural gap brought about by the development of web3 and beyond through a decentralized and globally distributed network. In doing so, facilitate the integration of Web3 and traditional payment channels to perform on-chain and off-chain transactions. Inclusion aims to provide the first: a fiat-collateralized stablecoin, where one unit of tokenized fiat currency is backed by one unit of reserved fiat currency. The fiat-collateralized approach requires the firm to meet traditional regulatory requirements and maintain a reserve backed by traditional fiat-based assets that are audited regularly. Although the fiat-collateralized approach is less decentralized, it allows the stablecoin to maintain price stability. Inclusion stablecoin (USDI) builds the foundation of a trusted blockchain-based financial system, enabling transactions between on-chain and off-chain.
