Crypto analyst Dark Defender (@DefendDark) has published a technical outlook on XRP that carries specific price targets and clear structural logic. The analysis centers on Elliott Wave theory and a potential run toward double digits.
The current price sits near $1.33, and the analyst believes the setup is constructive. He identifies the recent corrective move as a completed Wave 2. The structure took the form of an ABC running flat, with the three labeled legs visible on the daily chart.
Wave A bottomed near late August, Wave B formed <a href="https://timestabloid.com/xrp-price-is-pumping-today-expert-explains-why/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">when XRP recovered to around $1.65 in September</a>, and Wave C concluded with the decline to $1.29. That completion point now serves as the critical support level for the entire thesis.

XRP completed Wave 2 as an ABC, running flat.
As long as $1.29 holds, the next test is $1.44 – $1.56.
 Nothing changed.
 Above $1.56, double digits will be instant. <a href="https://t.co/7PPrW7A2EC" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">pic.twitter.com/7PPrW7A2EC</a>

<h2 id="strong-the-1-29-level-holds-the-setup-together-strong">The $1.29 Level Holds the Setup Together</h2>
The analyst states that as long as $1.29 holds, the bull case remains intact. That level corresponds to the 50% Fibonacci retracement of the prior rally. A hold there confirms Wave 2 is complete and <a href="https://timestabloid.com/top-analyst-says-xrp-wave-3-is-on-a-ballistic-missile-ramp/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Wave 3 is beginning</a>.
Dark Defender identifies the first resistance zone as $1.44 to $1.56, which aligns with the 70.2% and 85.4% retracement levels on the chart. His post reads: “Nothing changed.” That shows confidence in the structure despite the recent consolidation.
XRP has compressed in a tight range near $1.33, and the RSI on the daily chart sits around 42, with a <a href="https://timestabloid.com/dark-defender-xrp-wave-5-officially-starts-the-bullish-rsi-cross-has-arrived/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">potential bullish crossover forming</a>. Momentum has not broken down, and confirmation could reinforce the bullish narrative.
<h2 id="strong-fibonacci-targets-to-watch-strong">Fibonacci Targets to Watch</h2>
The chart projects three major upside targets if Wave 3 plays out. The 161.8% extension sits at $1.88. The 200% extension reaches $2.90. The 261.8% extension targets $4.10. These levels derive from the measured move of the prior Wave 1 <a href="https://timestabloid.com/xrp-rallied-50-in-65-hours-finance-expert-explains-what-comes-next/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">rally that happened in late August</a>.
Dark Defender notes that above $1.56, “double digits will be instant.” That reflects his expectation that a breakout above the top of Wave B would trigger aggressive momentum continuation with limited resistance above.
<h2 id="strong-what-s-next-for-xrp-strong">What’s Next for XRP?</h2>
The blue projected path on the chart shows the asset moving up and out of the current consolidation zone very quickly. The trajectory heads toward $1.88 as the first major test, with the higher Fibonacci extensions following in sequence.
Dark Defender presents a clear condition for the setup. $1.29 is the support level that must hold. The next resistance test runs from $1.44 to $1.56. Above $1.56, the analyst expects <a href="https://timestabloid.com/dark-defender-xrp-weekly-is-quietly-turning-wave-5-surge-to-double-digits-is-loading/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">sharp acceleration toward double digits</a>.
