Hopes for an agreement to end the ongoing conflict have drawn renewed attention to financial markets, as traders monitor movements in oil prices, stocks, and cryptocurrencies. Better sentiment has been reported, which has raised questions about whether sentiment improvement will help to drive a wider market recovery. But trading is still on hold, and the recent price action hasn't resolved the matter of whether a bull market has started.

Oil prices can impact inflation expectations, transportation costs, and central bank policy. When tensions abate and energy prices drop, investors might be more inclined to take risks on shakier investments like cryptocurrencies. But several elements will decide the continuation of the current market reaction, such as the specifics of any agreement, interest-rate anticipation, and demand for digital assets. In this context, Hedera (HBAR), Litecoin (LTC), Polkadot (DOT), Sui (SUI), and Stellar (XLM) are five altcoins to watch as traders evaluate the next market trend.

Hedera (HBAR): Enterprise Blockchain Activity in Focus

Hedera is a distributed ledger network that aims to enable digital transactions and enterprise use. Its technology differs from those that are based on traditional transaction-processing architectures on blockchains. Any positive sign of market sentiment could potentially attract more investors to other networks, potentially putting more focus on HBAR.

Price action will be key as far as determining its direction is concerned. If there is continued trading volume growth followed by a breakout, above the resistance level, this may suggest greater demand. But investors would have to differentiate between a short-term price move and a recovery in which further buying support is seen.

Litecoin (LTC): Will Demand for Established Altcoins Return?

Litecoin is an established cryptocurrency that has been created for peer-to-peer transactions. The long history of its trading markets gives traders price information that can be analyzed through volatile times. As overall confidence in the cryptocurrency market returns, LTC may draw new players into the market in search of more gains than just Bitcoin.

Traders can keep an eye on its behavior compared to Bitcoin, trading volume, and the critical support levels it has. Having sustained demand, not just some flurry of positive headlines, would be necessary for a recovery.

Polkadot (DOT): Interoperability Remains a Key Theme

Polkadot is all about interoperability, connecting different blockchain networks and enabling them to share and communicate. In this way, DOT joins the conversation on overall connected blockchain infrastructure and decentralized applications.

If there's a broad recovery (or bounce) of the different coins and tokens, then DOT may be able to get attention once again, but not just by market sentiment. Important factors to keep in mind would be network developments, trading activities and resistance levels. If prices are closing above resistance, that could be a sign of momentum continuing to improve, and if they're repeatedly closing below resistance, that could be a sign of a lot of selling pressure.

Sui (SUI): Layer 1 Momentum Under Observation

Sui is a Layer 1 blockchain designed to facilitate DeFi applications and digital assets. Given its role in the blockchain industry, SUI is relevant when traders assess where they see the blockchain network can benefit from even more interest in altcoins.

In a possible market recovery, they may watch to see if SUI has high trading volume and set up strong support levels. A breakout with strong buying interest may be a sign of better market interest. But when prices move up quickly but then drop quickly because there isn't any demand, it can go in reverse just as fast especially when there are uncertainties in the market.

Stellar (XLM): Payment Utility Meets Market Sentiment

Stellar is a blockchain network that deals with moving digital Assets and payment-related apps. The digital payments function provides XLM with a unique edge amongst the five cryptocurrencies under scrutiny during the current market turmoil.

As investors gain more exposure towards digital assets, XLM might see more trading activity again. Its performance will still hinge on the market, the ecosystem and investors. It may take traders time to find greater volumes and consistent upward price action before seeing the price rise as a sign of a more significant correction.

Can Trump’s Negotiations Sustain the Crypto Rally?

The main issue is whether there will be a corresponding confidence building in financial markets that will endure. The drop in oil prices and the increase in stocks could affect the attitude of investors, but it doesn't mean that the cryptocurrencies are guaranteed to remain profitable.

These sharp market moves can be caused by a change in expectations, short covering, leveraged liquidations or new buying activity. Such movements should not be deemed to be manipulation unless there are clear indications otherwise. Traders will thus be able to keep track of the negotiations, oil prices, Bitcoin's direction and how much trading takes place in the altcoins before determining if the recent rally has greater legs.
