Analyst identifies a new daily TD Sequential buy signal for PENGU, targeting $0.013 if the token gains roughly 70%.

PENGU trades near $0.007523, below both moving averages, with immediate support between $0.0072 and $0.0075.

PENGU must reclaim $0.007626 and $0.008679 to challenge higher resistance levels, while a breakdown could expose $0.0070 and $0.0065.

Pudgy Penguins (PENGU) has flashed a new daily buy signal, prompting analyst Ali Charts to identify $0.013 as a potential target. However, the token trades near $0.007523 after reversing its September rally and falling below both major moving averages. Ali’s outlook follows previous TD Sequential signals that preceded substantial price swings.

Ali Charts Cites Previous PENGU Signals

Ali Charts said the TD Sequential indicator previously identified three notable trading signals for PENGU. A buy signal on August 7 preceded a 77.64% gain, while another on September 15 preceded a 66.94% increase.

A sell signal on September 25 preceded a 31.58% decline. The indicator has now flashed another daily buy signal, which Ali said could point to a new upswing. He also highlighted PENGU’s availability for buying, selling, and holding on SoFi, a platform serving more than 15 million members.

Ali noted that PENGU had maintained a broader pattern of higher highs and higher lows. If that structure continues and the new signal produces a rally of roughly 70%, he sees $0.013 as a potential target.

PENGU Price Retreats From September Rally

PENGU surged above $0.011 in late April and early May, briefly approaching $0.012 before declining toward $0.0060 in June and July. After consolidating around 0.0060–0.0065 through August, the token recovered during late August and September.

The rally brought PENGU near $0.0100 in early October, but the price subsequently retreated to approximately $0.007523 on October 20, 2026. Recent price action shows lower highs following the reversal.

The 50-day moving average stands near $0.007626, while the 200-day average sits around $0.008679. PENGU trades below both, and the shorter average remains below the longer one.

Support and Resistance Define PENGU’s Next Test

Immediate support lies between $0.0072 and $0.0075. A decisive break below this zone could expose $0.0070 and the September support area near $0.0065.

On the upside, PENGU needs to reclaim $0.007626 before challenging $0.0080 and the 200-day average at $0.008679. Trading volume increased during the late-August and September rallies, but recent price weakness suggests reduced buying pressure despite intermittent volume spikes.
