If you are waiting for a litecoin price prediction that finally points up, the futures market just cleared the road. Open bets on LTC's future price shrank by about $150 million in three weeks, per CoinGlass data reported by TronWeekly. Yet LTC barely flinched, holding near $59.41.

That kind of calm has paid before. In 2024, big wallets bought quietly through a stretch just like this one, and LTC jumped soon after.

The same quiet buying is showing up somewhere LTC traders are not watching. While they track futures bets, Pepeto's presale has passed $11.1 million from buyers getting in before the token even has a chart.

LTC Futures Bets Fell From $700M to $550M in Three Weeks

Open interest is the total value of open futures bets on LTC. It fell from about $700 million in late September to about $550 million by October 14, per TronWeekly's October 15 report.

The live CoinGlass futures page now shows $527.24 million, with $236.54 million in futures traded over 24 hours.

Fewer open bets mean less borrowed money that can force sudden selling, so the market is cleaner now. LTC still sits 85.6% below its $412.96 peak from May 2021, and a cleaner market does not put a date on the climb back.

Two Ways to Play the Quiet: Pepeto in Presale, and LTC Near $59

Pepeto's Scanner Scores Any Token From 0 to 100 Before You Buy

A cleaner market rewards buyers who avoid traps, and that is where Pepeto fits this story. The meme coin has raised more than $11.1 million at a stage price of $0.00000019, and analysts project 100x after its listing. Its tools already work while that wait plays out.

Futures traders just saw how fast borrowed money can wipe out a bet. Spot buyers face a nastier trap: a token that lets them buy but never sell. Pepeto's live scanner exists to catch exactly that.

The scanner runs 42 checks on a contract and reads its live state. Then it tests a buy and a sell on a copy of the chain. It also flags mint functions, hidden owners and taxes that can change later.

The result is one score from 0 to 100 and a plain verdict, with no code to read. The scan runs before each trade by default, and trades on contracts with critical flaws are blocked.

In one sample scan, a token scored 6 out of 100. Its test sale failed, the token was a trap, and the trade stopped before any money moved.

Safety is half the appeal, and size is the other half. At today's stage price, $2,000 buys about 10.5 billion tokens, and at the 100x analysts project, that stake would be worth about $200,000. Each stage costs more than the last, so today's entry is the best one left.

Litecoin Price Prediction: Can LTC Get Back to $67 by Month End?

Yes, LTC can reach $67.07 this month if it first clears $63 and then $64.45, analyst Athulyamol VS wrote on TronWeekly on October 15. That target is the midline of LTC's Bollinger Bands.

Support sits at $59 to $59.40, and a daily close lower opens $54.18. Daily RSI reads 40.29, under its own average of 56.21, and the article notes LTC needs RSI above 50 for a real climb.

Analyst Canuto put support at $59.14 on DiarioBitcoin on October 17, with $53.77 below it. He sees near walls at $60.27 to $61.29, and a bullish run as high as $65.64.

Put together, $59 is the level for today, $63 to $64.45 for this week, and $67.07 for the month. That is a 13% gain from $59.41, solid for a month, though LTC would still sit far below $412.96.

LTC Whales Bought for 73 Straight Days in 2024, and Pepeto Has Yet to List

A shrinking futures market can make any litecoin price prediction look shaky, yet quiet stretches have paid the people who watched the big wallets. From September 14, 2024, large LTC holders added about 13.2 million LTC over 73 straight days, per IntoTheBlock data cited by FXStreet.

LTC then jumped 31% in 48 hours, from $81.50 to $106, and the holders who moved early caught all of it.

Pepeto is in its own quiet stretch now. More than $11.1 million is already in, its scanner already works, and the price on the Pepeto official website steps up with each new stage.

Last time, early wallets caught the jump while others watched, and this time that 100x shot goes to buyers who enter before the presale closes.

FAQs

How does the drop in LTC futures bets affect the litecoin price prediction?

It makes the litecoin price prediction cleaner, because fewer futures bets mean less forced selling. If LTC holds $59, TronWeekly's analyst sees $63 and then $67.07.

Why are early buyers choosing Pepeto while LTC stays quiet?

Because quiet stretches pay whoever moves first, just as LTC whales did before a 31% jump. The next stage on the Pepeto official website already costs more than today's.
