XRP exchange-traded funds (ETFs) recorded their first weekly capital withdrawal in 13 weeks, ending a prolonged period of sustained investor demand. According to SoSoValue data, the funds registered over $1.84 million in net outflows as XRP struggled to maintain its recovery.

The reversal marks the weakest weekly performance for XRP ETFs in more than three months, following consistent inflows since July. Significantly, the withdrawals coincided with broader cryptocurrency market weakness, which pushed XRP toward the $1.30 price level.

XRP ETFs End 13-Week Inflow Streak With $1.84 Million in Withdrawals

SoSoValue data shows that XRP investment funds experienced net withdrawals exceeding $1.84 million during the reporting week. This marked their first weekly negative flow since July 7, interrupting 13 consecutive weeks of positive capital movement.

During that period, XRP ETFs attracted steady investment as market participants sought regulated exposure to the cryptocurrency. The latest figures indicate a change in weekly fund flows, though they do not establish a sustained decline in investor demand.

Besides the weekly reversal, the timing of these withdrawals has drawn attention to XRP’s performance across the broader market. Investors have faced increased price volatility, with several major cryptocurrencies struggling to recover from the recent market downturn.

Consequently, XRP ETFs entered negative territory as the underlying cryptocurrency encountered renewed selling pressure near an important price level. The weekly figures provide limited evidence about longer-term institutional positioning because they cover only one reporting period.

XRP Retests $1.30 Amid Renewed Selling Pressure

Meanwhile, XRP returned to the $1.30 region following an earlier recovery attempt that briefly improved its short-term price performance. The renewed decline placed the cryptocurrency under pressure as investors assessed the relationship between market volatility and ETF demand.

Notably, the price movement occurred alongside the first weekly ETF outflow following the extended period of positive investment activity. This combination highlights weaker weekly fund flows and renewed price pressure, without establishing a direct relationship between the two developments.

Additionally, the $1.30 region remains an important reference point for tracking XRP’s immediate price movements during the broader market downturn. For now, the $1.84 million withdrawal marks a reversal in XRP ETF flows, coinciding with renewed weakness in the cryptocurrency’s price.
