<a href="https://www.coingabbar.com/en/injective-etf-news-staked-inj-shares-vs-wallets" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Injective News</a> covers three developments from October 15, 2026: a Washington policy push, a mortgage tokenization update involving Pentiv, and a claimed lead in revenue-to-FDV.&nbsp;
Injective Leads Major Blockchains in the reported revenue-to-FDV comparison, although the chart’s units require further clarification. This report separates project statements from confirmed details and examines the latest market snapshot.
This Crypto News Today report gives each screenshot its own section and distinguishes reported developments from claims that still need independent verification.

<h2 id="span-style-font-family-verdana-geneva-span-style-font-size-16px-what-does-the-pentiv-tokenization-claim-mean-span-span">What Does the Pentiv Tokenization Claim Mean?</h2>
Injective says Pentiv will tokenize its entire $10 billion real estate portfolio and bring agentic operations on-chain using INJ.
An October 15 filing identifies Pentiv as the new operating brand of Pineapple Financial.
The corporate rename still needs shareholder approval. Pentiv's own post introduces a brokerage platform for recruiting, onboarding, retention, and renewals; its visible text does not mention tokenization.<img src="https://d3iuzwoiyg9qa8.cloudfront.net/webadmin/storage/public/commonEditerImage/jvlyAtpkAmLCrtq1LXgogwrc2vUI1MtKj8h7DrXH.jpg" alt="Pentiv mortgage tokenization claim" title="Pentiv mortgage tokenization claim" width="300">

Earlier reports say Pineapple moved 2,079 mortgage records, representing more than $1 billion, onto Injective. Its stated goal is to bring more than 29,000 mortgages worth over $10 billion on-chain over time.
Each record represents an on-chain record, not necessarily a new security. The phrase "entire portfolio" describes a plan, and the underlying assets are mortgages.
Crypto news today may interpret this as tokenized buildings, but the reported initiative concerns mortgage records. Pineapple also holds a $100 million INJ treasury, according to Injective.
<h2 id="span-style-font-family-verdana-geneva-span-style-font-size-16px-does-injective-lead-blockchains-by-revenue-to-fdv-span-span">Does Injective Lead Blockchains by Revenue-to-FDV?</h2>
The chart, labeled "2026 year to date" and "7-day average," shows Injective at 0.95, Solana at 0.83, Arbitrum at 0.78, Ethereum at 0.11, and Sui and Avalanche at 0.08.
That places Injective about 22% above Arbitrum and approximately 8.6 times Ethereum on the displayed measure. However, the units are not labeled, so the figures should not automatically be interpreted as standard ratios.<img src="https://d3iuzwoiyg9qa8.cloudfront.net/webadmin/storage/public/commonEditerImage/0XA5iv6xJwV5qD3hOzd18BUwP2bCSah25rHbegjT.jpg" alt="Injective revenue-to-FDV comparison" title="Injective revenue-to-FDV comparison" width="300">

A ratio can rank highly when a project's valuation is relatively small. A LunarCrush list put Injective's 2025 revenue at $6.0 million, near the bottom of 15 chains.
Revenue flows into the INJ Community Buyback, which removes tokens from supply monthly. The token near $8.49, up 11.1% in 24 hours. That is a historical data point, not a forecast.
This blockchain revenue snapshot supports the revenue-to-FDV claim only for the period shown. The chart's methodology and units are needed to assess the comparison fully.
<h2 id="span-style-font-family-verdana-geneva-span-style-font-size-16px-what-is-still-unconfirmed-span-span">What Is Still Unconfirmed?</h2>
The futures listing, policy outcomes, and chart data source are not independently verified in the material reviewed. <a href="https://www.coingabbar.com/en/crypto-news-english" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Latest crypto news</a> coverage may repeat project statements, so readers should distinguish those claims from independent confirmation.
No source provided here specifies how much revenue funds the monthly buyback. Therefore, a price outlook should not rely on one chart alone; wider market demand and actual ecosystem activity also matter.

Injective was trading at $9.12, up 24.91% over 24 hours, according to the provided screenshot. Its market capitalization stood at $912.05 million, with $261.92 million in daily volume.
The sharp rise indicated strong short-term momentum in the captured snapshot. Sustained demand, liquidity, and broader market conditions will determine whether the token can maintain those gains.
<h2 id="span-style-font-family-verdana-geneva-span-style-font-size-16px-conclusion-span-span">Conclusion</h2>
<div>
 Injective News combines a reported transfer agent registration with plans and project-stated rankings. Injective Leads Major Blockchains in the reported revenue-to-FDV comparison, but whether mortgage migration, revenue activity, and policy developments translate into sustained token demand remains uncertain. Readers should monitor official filings, independently sourced data, and further project updates.
