Quant (QNT) drew more activity across its token addresses eight days before The Clearing House announced a partnership with the company. The increase began on September 16, although QNT’s price remained near $61 during the first days of heightened activity. 
<a href="https://x.com/SantimentData/status/2103409167566332282" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">According to Santiment Intelligence,</a> daily active addresses exceeded 870 throughout September 16 to September 23, marking a sustained change from earlier readings. From September 1 through September 15, the daily count never exceeded 792, making the later increase visible across multiple days. 
New addresses followed a similar pattern, averaging roughly 1.8 times their September 1 to September 15 weekday level. Together, those measures show broader QNT token activity, although address counts cannot establish how many individual people took part. 
An exchange, for example, can control numerous addresses, while a single holder may move tokens between several personal wallets. Consequently, the figures show a change in on-chain behavior without revealing who drove it or what prompted the transactions. 
The market initially showed little response, with QNT moving from $61.17 on September 15 to $61.05 on September 17. Its price climbed later in the period shown on Santiment’s chart, before the partnership announcement accompanied a larger gain.

<h2 id="clearing-house-announcement-coincided-with-qnt-s-largest-activity-increase">Clearing House Announcement Coincided With QNT’s Largest Activity Increase</h2>
On September 24, The Clearing House selected Quant to support its On-Chain Money Initiative, which will handle tokenized deposit transactions. Quant will provide technology for coordinating transactions and connecting the planned network with established payment systems, including RTP and CHIPS. 
QNT’s address activity reached a new peak on the announcement date, according to the figures shared by Santiment Intelligence. The platform counted 2,064 active addresses, the highest daily reading since November 15, 2025, while QNT’s price rose 27%. 
Those simultaneous moves indicate a strong response around the public announcement, but they do not explain the earlier increase. Santiment pointed to another September 16 development while acknowledging that the catalyst behind the initial address growth remains unknown. 
Binance announced that day that it would remove its QNT/USDC spot pair on September 18, while retaining other QNT trading pairs. Some traders might have adjusted their holdings following that notice, although the chart cannot connect specific transactions to<a href="https://36crypto.com/binance-acquires-100-million-circle-stake-in-expanded-usdc-partnership/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow"> Binance’s decision</a>. 
Moreover, Santiment cautioned that bank activity on Quant’s planned network would not appear in these QNT token metrics. The increase in token addresses therefore cannot establish whether banks tested or used the infrastructure before the partnership became public. 
The chart documents eight days of elevated QNT address activity before the announcement and a larger increase when the news emerged. However, the available figures leave the cause of the September 16 change unresolved.
