Long-term crypto holder Susan Anderson (@Susan223331) has made a striking prediction about XRP. She believes the asset will experience what she calls a “vertical style black swan.” She said XRP will move upward without warning, reaching price levels nobody could have predicted.
She adds that the event will eliminate all short positions and flip Bitcoin’s market dominance. She also states the world itself will change as a result. The prediction is bold and notable due to recent analyst commentary.
Crypto analyst ChartNerd has noted that XRP is approaching a third retest of a long-term trendline that has shaped every major price move since 2017. He believes a <a href="https://timestabloid.com/xrp-could-see-huge-vertical-expansion-if-this-history-repeats/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">vertical expansion could happen</a>.
The analyst sees current price levels as one of only five instances in XRP history where a pullback exceeded 70%, a zone he considers high-conviction for long-term holders. His targets sit at $8, $13, and $27.

I’m convinced that ripple:native will experience a vertical style black swan.
The price will go straight upwards with no warning.
It will go so high nobody could have ever predicted it.
All shorts will cease to exist from that day.
The world will change and bitcoin will be…

The community response was split. Some members expressed enthusiasm. One <a href="https://x.com/jansenfancher/status/2101482956598431955" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">said</a> he could not wait. Another <a href="https://x.com/JamesOD57281561/status/2101579386705100815" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">said</a> he hoped Anderson was right. One <a href="https://x.com/Lightning8008/status/2101479572869087432" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">noted</a> that the asset which costs so little today could be worth so much more soon. Another commenter stated that Anderson’s prediction would coincide with <a href="https://timestabloid.com/finance-expert-possible-scenario-for-xrp-after-financial-reset/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">a global financial reset</a>.
Many others pushed back. One <a href="https://x.com/cmse90210/status/2101556357820239901" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">said</a> this would never happen, allowing for only a few dollars of upside at most. Another commenter <a href="https://x.com/Walsher448441/status/2101437333916795315" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">said</a> he was convinced Anderson was wrong. One <a href="https://x.com/Bernard48249536/status/2101441005773848824" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">asked</a> what activity and data supported the claim, as Anderson didn’t back them with any relevant data.

<h2 id="strong-the-technical-case-behind-the-prediction-strong">The Technical Case Behind the Prediction</h2>
Analyst Cleo Schmidt has published a roadmap that mirrors Anderson’s bullish outlook. She compares XRP’s current cycle to its 2013-2017 structure and places the asset <a href="https://timestabloid.com/pundit-says-no-one-is-ready-for-xrps-next-move-heres-why/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">at the same stage that preceded a move of over 60,000%</a>. Her step-by-step roadmap runs through $1.80, $3.20, $6.50, and up to $13.
Adding to the sentiment, Ripple CTO Emeritus David Schwartz stated publicly during a live X Space that <a href="https://timestabloid.com/david-schwartz-drops-fresh-xrp-price-bombshell-that-stuns-xrp-army/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">XRP surpassing Bitcoin by market cap</a> is the more likely scenario. He said he believes XRP is more likely to rise. Schwartz co-designed the XRP Ledger, which gives his statement a different weight than that of an outside speculator.
Susan is confident in XRP’s future, and many in the community share that confidence. However, many are also skeptical, as they have waited for years and have not seen the results many experts have predicted.
