Crypto analyst Steph Is Crypto (@Steph_iscrypto) recently published an XRP update he thinks all XRP holders need to watch. His video covered regulatory developments, exchange supply data, technical price levels, and a notable shift in Google Trends.
He covers a lot of ground, but the Google Trends finding may be the most significant signal he raises. For the first time in 90 days, XRP search volume is forming a higher low. Across the 12-month view, the same pattern holds. He reads this as a potential trend shift from bearish to bullish sentiment among retail participants.
<h2 id="strong-regulatory-friction-continues-strong">Regulatory Friction Continues</h2>
On the regulatory side, Senator Elizabeth Warren voted against the Clarity Act, then <a href="https://timestabloid.com/clarity-act-update-for-xrp-army-fresh-elizabeth-warren-statement-stuns-crypto-community/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">publicly called for crypto legislation</a>. Steph flags this as a sign that a deal may still be possible.
He also notes that Ripple CTO Emeritus David Schwartz <a href="https://timestabloid.com/former-ripple-cto-taunts-this-republican-senator-he-said-the-quiet-part-out-loud/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">responded to Senator Josh Hawley’s no vote</a>, with Schwartz attributing the opposition to protecting bank profits. Steph treats this as ongoing frustration over the bill’s failure.

<h2 id="strong-binance-accumulation-worth-watching-strong">Binance Accumulation Worth Watching</h2>
Binance currently holds 2.62 billion XRP. Steph identifies this as the highest balance on the exchange in 69 days. He did not attach a bullish or bearish conclusion to it, but he calls it something “we need to keep an eye on.”
<h2 id="strong-the-levels-that-matter-now-strong">The Levels That Matter Now</h2>
On the price chart, Steph is watching two levels closely. $1.42 is the key resistance. XRP briefly traded above $1.43 but failed to close a daily candle above $1.42, which he treated as a failed breakout. On the downside, $1.37 is the line to hold. In his view, A daily close below that level opens the door to a retest of the $1.25 range.
<h2 id="strong-a-bullish-pattern-building-strong">A Bullish Pattern Building</h2>
The more optimistic scenario involves an <a href="https://timestabloid.com/xrp-inverse-head-and-shoulders-pattern-spotted-analyst-sets-price-target/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">inverse head &amp; shoulders pattern</a> Steph identifies on the chart. The neckline sits between $1.48 and $1.55. If XRP breaks above that zone on a daily close, he projects a price target of approximately $2.30, calculated by extending the pattern’s full length from the breakout point.

</blockquote>
He states he is “personally more on the bullish side of things” and describes the current period as “one of the most important moments to be in the market.”
Steph sums up the near-term picture as one requiring close attention to $1.37 on the downside and $1.42 on the upside. He believes the overall trend in crypto behavior is shifting and is <a href="https://timestabloid.com/analyst-says-xrp-is-two-major-breakouts-away/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">optimistic about XRP’s next move</a>.
